By Yam in Ressources, Working as a player agent
The FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR) does not specify the specific tasks that non-licensed employees are permitted to perform, but they are generally limited to administrative duties. The following examples are not exhaustive but would be considered administrative in nature:
- Providing typical secretarial assistance to a Football Agent in preparing documents and letters, regardless of whether they relate to a Transaction.
- Arranging meetings between Football Agents and Clients without seeking or receiving payment for the service.
- Assisting with the practical aspects of relocating a Player or Coach (excluding contractual or financial arrangements).
