Yes. A Football Agent is allowed to represent amateur players and/or coaches, even though these individuals do not receive any form of compensation. However, since no payment is involved, no service fee can be calculated or paid to the Football Agent for the Football Agent Services provided in such Transactions. Any stipends or benefits that registered amateur players or coaches may receive, such as small grants, transportation, meals, or sports equipment refunds, cannot be factored into the calculation or subsequent payment of a service fee.
