Article 16 paragraph 3 (b) of the FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR) prohibits Football Agents from providing any undue personal, financial, or other benefits to any club official, member association official, or Single-Entity League employee. This encompasses any attempt to influence a coach's selection of a particular player or a sporting director's or coach's decision to sign a particular player. Violation of this rule may lead to disciplinary action against the Football Agent, including the possibility of having their license revoked by FIFA.
