Can a FIFA Football Agent represent players or coaches in negotiations to terminate an employment agreement?

Yes. Any settlement payment that a Football Agent negotiates for a player or coach in connection with the termination of their employment agreement is considered Remuneration. As such, the service fee that the Football Agent is entitled to receive for their services must be calculated based on the amount of the settlement payment.
