Yes. Any settlement payment that a FIFA Soccer Agent negotiates for a player or coach in connection with the termination of their employment agreement is considered Remuneration. As such, the service fee that the Soccer Agent is entitled to receive for their services must be calculated based on the amount of the settlement payment.
