All payments of service fees to Soccer Agents must be processed through the FIFA Clearing House, as per the FIFA Clearing House Regulations. In the event that these regulations do not currently include provisions for service fee payments to Soccer Agents at the time the FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR) come into effect, then payments will be made directly to the Soccer Agents until the FIFA Clearing House Regulations do incorporate such provisions.
This approach has been adopted by FIFA to establish a system for payments that is transparent and efficient, which simplifies the payment process for all parties involved. It also ensures that a more straightforward dispute resolution procedure is available if it is required.
