The FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR) imposes several limitations, including:
- Service fees may only be paid after the relevant registration period has closed.
- Service fees must be paid every three months during the term of the negotiated employment agreement.
- The service fee is only payable on the Remuneration actually received by the Individual.
- A Soccer Agent representing a Releasing Entity will only be paid once the Releasing Entity has received each installment of the transfer compensation.
