Yes, a Football Agent can provide Other Services to their Client, but these services should be secondary to their core activity as a Football Agent. FIFA will pay close attention to such agreements between parties to determine if they are being used to circumvent the FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR) principles on Football Agent Remuneration. Any payment for Other Services made by a Client to a Football Agent in the 24 months prior to or following a Transaction will be considered part of the service fee paid to the Football Agent for that Transaction, unless proven otherwise.
According to article 12 paragraph 8 of the FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR), Football Agent Services and Other Services can only be provided in the same Transaction to a single Client, except in the case of dual representation involving an Individual and an Engaging Entity. However, explicit written consent must be given by both clients in this case. It is not possible to provide a combination of Football Agent Services and Other Services to other combinations of Clients, as per article 12 paragraph 9 of the FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR).
