Can a FIFA Soccer Agent conduct their business through acompany? If so, are there any limitations?

A FIFA Soccer Agent is allowed to operate through an Agency to conduct their business. An Agency is described as any entity or organisation that is involved in the business affairs of one or more Soccer Agents, including firms or private companies. However, any employees or contractors that are not licensed Soccer Agents cannot perform Soccer Agent Services or Approach potential Clients for Representation Agreements. The Soccer Agent is fully responsible for any actions taken by the Agency or its representatives that breach these Regulations. Certain persons or entities, such as Clients, those ineligible to be Soccer Agents, and those who own or hold player registration rights in violation of certain articles, cannot have any Interest in the affairs of an Agency. If the Agency is represented by a licensed Soccer Agent and a Representation Agreement is signed by that Soccer Agent, the Agency can enter into a contract with a Client and have legal standing to take legal action.
