How many Clients can a FIFA Soccer Agent represent in a single Transaction?

The main objective of the FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR) is to prevent conflicts of interest and protect clients from unethical conduct (cf. art. 1 par. 2 (c) of the FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR)). As a general principle, a Soccer Agent can only represent one party in a Transaction, except for dual representation where they can represent both an Individual and Engaging Entity in the same Transaction. However, dual representation is only allowed with prior explicit written consent from both parties, and the Engaging Entity can pay up to 50% of the total service fee. It is not permitted for a Soccer Agent to perform Soccer Agent Services or Other Services for multiple parties in the same Transaction, such as a Releasing Entity and Individual or a Releasing Entity and Engaging Entity. For example, if a Soccer Agent represents a Releasing Entity in a Transaction, they cannot perform any services for the Engaging Entity or Individual involved in that Transaction.
