Yes, a Representation Agreement may be terminated by either party, regardless of whether they have just cause to terminate or not. However, if a party revokes or terminates the agreement without just cause, they will be required to compensate the other party for any resulting damages. The termination of the agreement is considered to be with just cause when a party can no longer be reasonably expected, according to the principle of good faith, to continue the contractual relationship for the agreed-upon term. This may include situations such as the withdrawal or suspension of a Soccer Agent license, a ban on taking part in any soccer-related activity, or a ban on registering new players, either nationally or internationally, for at least one entire registration period.
